Don Bosco Tech – Amravati Centre is the right institution for marginalized and deprived youths who are embarrassed by unemployment, absence of opportunities for development and lack of information about job opportunities etc. The centre is operational since the year 2011.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

Don Bosco Tech, Amravati inaugurated a fresh new batch for the Assistant Electrician on November 1, 2019. Fr. Mariya Francis (Assistant Director, Jeevan Vikas Sanstha) was invited as the Chief Guest for this special occasion. The function kick-started with a prayer song. Don Bosco Tech (Amravati) celebrated World Students’ Day on October 15, 2019, which is the auspicious occasion of the 88th birthday anniversary Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam. In 2010, the United Nation declared as World Students’ Day on his birth anniversary because Dr. Kalam was a dedicated teacher and identified himself foremost in that role before anything else.
