The batch inauguration was conducted on October 23, 2021, at Don Bosco Tech, Khandwa Centre. The dignitaries present in the programme are Sr. Sister Seema, Coordinator of Childline Khandwa; Fr. Jayan Aliex, Director of the Centre; Mr. Sadananda Singh, Placement Coordinator; Rajkishori Tigga, Executive Director of Diocese Society Khandwa; and the trainers and trainees of the Centre.

The programme began with a prayer and the lighting of the lamp by the dignitaries. The highlights of the day were speeches by Mr. Sandananda, Fr. Jayan Aliex, and Sr. Seema. Trainees performed dances and songs, which added colour to the day’s events.

In his speech, Mr. Sandanda Singh encouraged the trainees to go for jobs and should be ready to relocate to other cities for better job opportunities. He also shared that jobs are available in the market, and so each trainee has to get skilled as per the job demand. And Don Bosco Tech is imparting market-driven skills that are in high demand. He also shared that trainees should be prepared and be ready for interviews. As companies will be screening the best candidates for each job role,

Senior citizenSeema, Coordinator of Childline, Khandwa, advised trainees to be aware of labour policies and work culture outside. Trainees should be aware of their rights, be confident and learn how to behave in the workplace.

Don Bosco Tech is providing the best facilities and every trainee should benefit from the training provided by the institute, Fr. Jayan Aliex, Director of Khandwa Centre, said. Trainees should take pride in learning the skills and polishing themselves in all the aspects and knowledge imparted by their trainers at the centre. He also said every trainee should go out of the training centre as a changed person and be ready for a job.

The programme concluded with a song by Mr. Abhishek Kothare, one of the trainees of Data Entry Operator.
