On 10 September 2025, Don Bosco Tech Kurnool had the privilege of hosting our State Placement Coordinator, Mr. Balaraju, for the Batch Verification of the Software Programmer domain under the Skill to Succeed Project 2025–2026.
His visit went far beyond routine verification. With a keen eye, he meticulously examined each student’s documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity in the placement process. More importantly, he took time to engage with us individually, listening to our aspirations, addressing our concerns, and sharing valuable insights from his rich professional journey.
The highlight of the day was his interactive motivational session, where he spoke not only about technical excellence but also about adaptability, resilience, and the importance of continuous learning in today’s fast-changing digital world. Many of us walked away with a deeper understanding of how skills can be transformed into opportunities and how discipline and focus shape long-term success.
The session left us inspired and more determined to embrace challenges with confidence. We remain truly grateful to Mr. Balaraju for his thoughtful guidance, encouragement, and the wisdom he imparted during this memorable visit.
