On 14 November 2024, Don Bosco Tech Society organized an engaging and thought-provoking presentation session that invited candidates to explore the theme of Employability Skills and their growing importance in today’s professional world. What began as a simple classroom activity soon evolved into an inspiring exchange of ideas, creativity, and self-reflection.

Participants were provided chart paper and color pens, encouraging them to visually express their understanding of employability skills. With complete creative freedom, candidates designed their own concepts, frameworks, and illustrations, transforming the classroom into a vibrant space filled with innovative posters and personal interpretations. This hands-on approach not only sparked creativity but also helped students break down the topic in a way that felt relatable and meaningful.

The session went beyond the visual presentation. Each participant was encouraged to speak about their chart, articulate their thoughts, and share how employability skills influence career growth, workplace readiness, and personal development. As candidates voiced their perspectives, the room buzzed with curiosity, confidence, and a genuine eagerness to learn from one another.

By the end of the activity, the learners had gained far more than theoretical knowledge. They developed a deeper appreciation for essential skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, and professionalism—qualities that shape future opportunities. The enthusiasm they displayed throughout the session reflected their growing awareness of how these skills contribute to long-term success.

The event proved to be a simple yet impactful learning experience, reinforcing Don Bosco Tech Society’s commitment to nurturing confident, skilled, and workplace-ready individuals.
