The Placement Drive by Smartech Solar was successfully conducted on 19-12-2025 at DB Tech Amsam Campus with the aim of providing students with career guidance, industry exposure, and job opportunities in the solar energy sector. The program was organized under the leadership of Mr. Vidhin, TN State Coordinator, and Ms. Sneha, State Placement Coordinator, whose efforts ensured smooth execution. The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Saravanan, Managing Director of Smartech Solar, who delivered an informative session on the company’s vision, mission, and completed projects, along with career opportunities in the solar field. He also conducted a technical session explaining concepts such as on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid solar systems, along with the difference between series and parallel connections and their real-time applications. His interactive approach helped students clearly understand technical aspects and boosted their confidence. The program was actively supported by Ms. Jasmine Sindhiya B, Centre Coordinator, and Mr. Bharath Ponvel M, Solar Trainer, who guided and encouraged the students throughout the session. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Sneha for motivating students to explore opportunities in the renewable energy sector. The placement drive proved to be highly informative and beneficial, enhancing students’ technical knowledge, career awareness, and readiness for employment. Overall, the event was well-organized and served as an excellent platform for students to connect with industry professionals and understand future career prospects.
