Overview: Today, a successful Parents-Teachers Meeting (PTM) was organized at our center for the trainees of the Junior Software Developer B7 ( 260111 ) batch. The primary objective of this meeting was to bridge the gap between trainers and parents, ensuring a supportive environment for the students' overall development.

Key Highlights of the Meeting:

  • Academic & Attendance Review: Parents were individually updated on their children's daily performance, practical skills, and attendance records.

  • Discipline & Regularity: The importance of maintaining strict punctuality and consistent attendance during the training period was strongly emphasized.

  • Placement & Career Orientation: A detailed session was conducted regarding upcoming placement drives, job roles, market demand, and future career growth. Parents were encouraged to support their children during the upcoming migration and employment phase.

  • Feedback Session: Parents actively shared their thoughts, appreciated the efforts of the center management, and assured their full cooperation for the successful completion of the course.
