A Parents-Teacher Meeting (PTM) was organized on 30 May 2026 at Don Bosco Tech Society, Jalandhar Centre, to strengthen communication between trainers and parents and to review the progress of trainees enrolled in various courses.
The meeting was conducted by E-Commerce Trainer Ms. Twinkle Leer, IT-ITES Trainer Mr. Satinder Singh Kaila, and IT-CCE Trainer Mr. Himanshu Pandey. Parents were invited to discuss the performance and development of their children during the training program. The trainers provided a comprehensive overview of each trainee’s attendance, practical work, classroom involvement, skill development, and overall conduct.
During the interaction, the trainers addressed areas where trainees needed improvement, including attendance, time management, communication skills, and participation in practical activities. They also highlighted the positive achievements and learning outcomes of the trainees, recognizing their efforts and progress throughout the course.
The trainers further discussed future placement opportunities and career prospects with the parents. Information regarding placement drives, interview preparation, industry expectations, and employability skills was shared. Parents were encouraged to motivate and support their children in enhancing their professional competencies and maintaining consistent performance.
The meeting provided an excellent platform for parents to share their feedback and concerns. The trainers responded to their queries and offered guidance to help trainees achieve their career goals.
Overall, the PTM was successful in fostering collaboration between parents and trainers and contributed positively to the academic and professional growth of the trainees.
