Anjali successfully completed her 90 days training in CRM Domestic Voice from Don Bosco Tech Society,Najafgarh, Delhi and is currently working with Globiva Service Private Limited in Haryana as Quality Analyst and earning a monthly salary of Rs 18700 (Eighteen Thousand Seven Hundred)
18-year-old Anjali is the eldest daughter of Mr. Sunder Ram (Father) and Sundari Devi (Mother). She lived in Najafgarh with her father, mother and younger brother. Her parents had to work really hard to look after the family. Her father is a cook in Adventure Island hotel (Rohini) but his earnings could not meet the requirements of the family. It was very difficult for her parents to look after the family and provide higher education for both children. Anjali was pursuing her graduation. Looking at the financial crisis at home, she was mature enough to understand the miserable condition of his parents. Thus, she decided to go for further education from distance and started looking for jobs to help her family. One day, she came across an advertisement being made by Don Bosco Tech Najafgarh’s Staff, in Najafgarh street. The advertisement was regarding 3 months vocational training which includes 1 month on the job training launched by Don Bosco Tech Society. From the advertisement, she came to know about all the facilities provided by Don Bosco Tech Society such as free cost of training with placement support. The advertisement became a turning point for Anjali as she decided to enroll herself under the trade Customer Relationship Management (Domestic Voice) course. Thus, the next day she immediately enrolled herself in the 2nd batch of CRM (Domestic Voice) under PMKK Project at Don Bosco Tech Society, Najafgarh Centre.
After completing the training programme, she was interviewed by OM innovation call services pvt. situated in Janakpuri, Delhi for which she was selected as a Customer service executive with a salary of Rs. 10000/- per month. After 1 year she got an opportunity with another reputed company, where she was interviewed and got selected in Globiva Service Private Limited as Data entry operator with CTC of Rs 17000 later she got promoted as Quality Analyst in the same company with a revised salary of Rs 18700. She is so much dedicated to her decision and pursuing her dreams with her plan. She stated that Don Bosco Tech changed her life, and she feels lucky to get associated with Don Bosco Tech Society.
