Batch Inauguration program was organized at Don Bosco Tech. Ghatshila center on August 22, 2022, for Accenture Phase 12, B3 and B4, Domestic Data Entry Operator and Customer Relationship Management (CRM Non-Voice) respectively. Mr. Wakaish Alam (the state head Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh), was the chief guest for the event. Fr. Arokia Swami (centre head) and Fr. Charles participated in the program along with the forty trainees.
Beautiful flower bouquets were given to every guest at the dais as a gesture of warm welcome at the outset of event. Followed by the official launch of new batches took place with the symbolic ribbon cutting and lighting of the lamp.
The trainees’ enthusiastic participation in the program was noteworthy as they sang melodious welcome song, performed vibrant dance, eloquent speech etc. Mr. Alam explained the overall process of training at Don Bosco Tech training centre, encouraged them for staying focused on the training provided so as to gain maximum out of the given opportunity. Fr. Swami assured the students of giving an experience of ‘home away from home’. He said, “Think of this training campus as your own, stay with freedom and responsibility towards the same. We are here to accompany you in your very step of training towards growth”.
The occasion was aptly made use of to distribute uniforms to the trainees. The centre head made arrangement for snacks and sweets for all the participants.
The event was meticulously organized with the zealous involvement of every staff member, Fathers in-charge and the trainees at the centre. Appreciating everyone’s genuine effort to make the day a successful one, Mr. Pramod Kumar Digar (Centre Coordinator), expressed vote of thanks. A special gratitude was mentioned towards Fr. Swami and Mr. Alam for their constant support and guidance. A stunning group photo at the end captured the event to be remembered for long.
