Laldih is a Village in Ghatshila Block in East Singhbhum district of Jharkhand state and is located 35 km towards Jamshedpur. Unemployment is the biggest issue in Ghatshila. Don Bosco Tech has decided to empower youth with skill training program in Ghatshila. The skill development center is established in Claretains Society It is located on the main road and has good connectivity to all the places. All the class rooms/labs are well equipped; and center ambiance is very good. The training program is conducted training programs for the candidates between 18 yrs to 35 yrs.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

Picnic of Ghatshila center at Burudih Dam, Ghatshila

On January 6, 2023, Don Bosco Tech's Ghatshila center organized a delightful Picnic event at Burudih Dam, situated just 15 kilometers away from our center. The event was attended by 23 enthusiastic trainees and three dedicated trainers. Our esteemed Center Director, Fr. A. Samy, and Fr. Batch Inauguration

The batch Inauguration Program was held at Don Bosco Tech Society, Ghatshila, Jharkhand for the Accenture-12 Batches-5 & 6 on November 30, 2022. There were 50 incepted trainees to be trained in Domestic Data Entry Operator and Customer Relationship Management Domestic Non-Voice. Batch Inauguration

Batch Inauguration program was organized at Don Bosco Tech. Ghatshila center on August 22, 2022, for Accenture Phase 12, B3 and B4, Domestic Data Entry Operator and Customer Relationship Management (CRM Non-Voice) respectively. Centre Meeting And Intraction with Trainees

On May 07, 2022, Mr. Wakaish Alam, State Coordinator JH&CG was on an official Centre Visit at Don Bosco Tech. Ghatshila, Jharkhand.  A meeting with the state head was held, in which  Fr. Suraj Tete, the Centre Head Don Bosco Tech Ghatshila was present along with the centre staff.  The occasion was utilized for fruitful discussion on strengths, points to be improved and overall wellbeing of the trainees, staff and the Centre.
