On July 15 2022, the Don Bosco Tech Society in Transport Nagar, Lucknow, came alive with the vibrant celebration of World Youth Skills Day (WYSD). This year's theme, “Transforming youth skills for the future,” highlighted the crucial role of skill development in shaping the prospects of young people worldwide. WYSD is a day dedicated to empowering youth through the acquisition of skills for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship. It fosters a dynamic platform for dialogue among young people, technical and vocational education and training institutions, employers, policymakers, and development partners.

A highlight of the day was the visit from Mr. Mukesh Singh, Regional Manager of Royal Enfield. His presence and motivational speech significantly boosted the morale of the trainees, emphasizing the importance of their training and the promising career opportunities ahead.
