We are pleased to inform that Don Bosco Tech Centre Srinagar centre conducted a guest lecture on 28th October 2023 for Sales Associate B4 & B5. The guest speaker for the lecture was Mr. Sameer Mir, Regional Sales Manager at Dabur Pvt. Ltd., a renowned and leading brand in India. Mr. Sameer has several years of experience in the sales sector and has also worked as a Quality Head. The objective of the lecture was to provide the trainees with a comprehensive understanding of the role of sales skills training in their careers and to highlight the vast opportunities available in the sales sector across different multinational companies.

Mr. Sameer began the lecture by introducing himself to the trainees and creating a comfortable environment. He then proceeded with a general introduction to the sales associate role, emphasizing the observed growth in this sector. He discussed how the sales sector has experienced significant advancements over the years and highlighted the potential for success in career growth. Mr. Sameer also emphasized the importance of sales and marketing skills for professional development. During the lecture, Mr. Sameer covered the basics of sales concepts and referred to various skills relevant to the field.
