We are pleased to inform, that Don Bosco Tech Centre Srinagar conducted the guest lecture on 15th Jan. 2024. The guest lecture of Sales Associate Batch-08 (230736) was given by Ms. Ubra Sidiqui, Master Trainer (NIRD). Ms. Ubra Sidiqui, with her extensive experience across various skill sectors and as a Master Trainer at NIRD, shared valuable knowledge with the trainees. During the lecture, Ms. Ubra Sidiqui focused on the Customer Care Executive domain and emphasized the importance of BPO skills training in their careers. She highlighted the vast opportunities available in the BPO sector, particularly in different multinational companies. Ms. Ubra Sidiqui provided the trainees with a comprehensive overview of the role of Customer Care Executives, discussing essential concepts and relevant skills. To ensure the trainees felt comfortable, Ms. Ubra Sidiqui started with a soft introduction. She then proceeded with a general introduction to the Customer Care Executive role, discussing the growth and evolution of the sector over time. She also shared insights on achieving success in career growth within this field.

Ms. Ubra Sidiqui acknowledged the significant impact of the BPO sector on the quality of BPO products in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir compared to other states in India. She demonstrated mock customer interactions to trainees, helping them understand how to effectively handle customers. Furthermore, she taught them essential customer management techniques and emphasized the importance of good communication skills in capturing customer attention.

The session concluded with a Q&A session where trainees had the opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from the guest. Overall, the lecture was satisfactory, providing trainees with valuable knowledge and practical insights into the BPO sector and the role of Customer Care Executives.
