The LMS-1 Assessment for the IT Customer Care Executive batch was successfully conducted on 18 June 2026 at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna. The assessment was organized by Don Bosco Tech Society as part of the ongoing training and evaluation process.

All enrolled students actively participated in the assessment and appeared for the examination with enthusiasm and confidence. The assessment was conducted in a disciplined and systematic manner to evaluate the students' understanding of the concepts and skills covered during the training program.

The examination process was coordinated by Mr. Chetan Maurya, IT Executive Trainer, who ensured that all students were well prepared for the assessment through regular training sessions, revision activities, and practical exercises.

The assessment was invigilated by Sister Elsa, who efficiently supervised the examination process and ensured that the assessment was conducted fairly, smoothly, and according to the prescribed guidelines.

The performance of the students was highly encouraging. All enrolled students successfully completed the assessment and achieved satisfactory results, demonstrating a good understanding of customer service concepts, communication skills, digital literacy, and other key competencies covered under the IT Customer Care Executive course.

The successful completion of LMS-1 reflects the dedication of the students, the support provided by the training team, and the continuous guidance of Don Bosco Tech Society. The assessment has further motivated the students to continue improving their skills and preparing themselves for future employment opportunities.
