International Yoga Day Celebration Report

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a special Yoga Session was organized at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna, with the active participation of students and staff members. The objective of the program was to promote physical fitness, mental well-being, and awareness about the importance of yoga in daily life.
The session was conducted by Sister Kiran, who guided the participants through various yoga postures and breathing exercises. She explained the benefits of yoga and encouraged everyone to adopt a healthy lifestyle through regular practice.
The program was attended by Sister Elsa, Mr. Chetan Maurya, Mr. Ritesh Bhargava, Mr. Mayank Bhargava, and other staff members, who actively participated in the yoga session along with the students. Their participation motivated the students and made the event more engaging and meaningful.
Students enthusiastically performed different yoga asanas and learned about the positive impact of yoga on physical health, concentration, and stress management. The session helped create awareness about maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
After the yoga session, healthy juice was distributed to all students and staff members. The distribution of healthy refreshments was aimed at encouraging healthy eating habits and promoting overall wellness among the participants.
The celebration concluded successfully with a message of health, fitness, and well-being. The event inspired students to include yoga and healthy habits in their daily routine and highlighted the importance of maintaining both physical and mental health.
