The activity, "Making a Paper Tower," challenged the trainees to build the tallest and strongest free-standing tower using only sheets of paper within a given time. The trainees were divided into small groups, where each member shared ideas, planned together, and took responsibility for completing the task.
During the activity, the trainees showed excellent teamwork, cooperation, and communication. They discussed different designs, divided responsibilities among team members, and worked together to solve problems. The activity encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and the importance of working together to achieve a common goal.
After completing the task, each group presented its paper tower and explained the design, construction process, and the challenges they faced. The facilitators appreciated the trainees for their enthusiasm, creativity, and team spirit. The tallest and most stable towers were recognized, and constructive feedback was shared with all the participants.
