Oreintation Programme and Parent's Meeting of Batch 3

The Orientation and Parents' Meeting was held on 16th July 2026. The programme began with an opening prayer led by Father James, invoking God's blessings for the new batch and seeking His guidance for a fruitful training session ahead.
This was followed by a warm welcome address by Ms Peacefully who is a student, in which the parents, trainees, and guests were warmly received and encouraged to work together for the growth, development, and success of the training.
After the welcome address, Miss Parksiar delivered an insightful speech, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between parents and the institution in ensuring the holistic development of every trainee. She also encouraged parents to be patient and supportive when their children work outside the state, reminding them that adapting to a new environment and workplace may involve challenges and hardships that require perseverance and understanding.
Father James then addressed the gathering, sharing words of encouragement and stressing the importance of discipline, strong moral values, and a close partnership between the institution and parents in shaping responsible and capable individuals.
The programme continued with an address by Sir Kynpham, who shared valuable insights on the objectives of the training programme and the opportunities it offers. He encouraged the trainees to remain committed, disciplined, and focused throughout the training period, assuring both the trainees and their parents that the institution is dedicated to preparing them for successful careers.
The orientation programme concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by one of the trainees, Mr. Jotham, who expressed his sincere gratitude to Father James, the speakers, parents, trainers, and everyone present for their valuable participation and support in making the Orientation and Parents' Meeting a meaningful and successful event.
The Parents' Meeting was then conducted by Miss Latoya, who introduced the organisation and explained the nature of work in the hospitality and hotel industry. She informed the parents that trainees would be provided with placement opportunities upon successful completion of the training programme. She encouraged the trainees to work hard, develop the necessary skills, and remain dedicated so that they could build successful careers and earn a respectable livelihood.
Following this, Miss Rhiedolcy addressed the concerns and queries raised by both the parents and trainees, providing clear explanations about the training programme, placements, and career opportunities. She also delivered an encouraging speech, motivating the trainees to remain focused, work diligently, and make the most of the opportunities provided. She inspired them to face challenges with confidence, maintain a positive attitude, and strive for excellence in both their training and future careers.
