Don Bosco Tech, Bhadrak, Odisha incepted its 1st batch of Assistant Electrician Batch on October 22, 2019. Mr. Ramahari Nayak (JE Odisha Electrical Department) was invited as the chief guest and Mr. Chintamani Nath as guest of honor for the program. 

The inaugural function started with invocation of God’s blessing by the trainees. Mr. Umesh Kumar Mahapatra formally welcomed the guests and the trainees. Mr. Ramahari Nayak addressed the gathering by highlighting the importance of safety. While explaining the safety measures, Mr. Ramahari Nayak said, “When you get trained to be a professional electrician then you have the wide scope to work in household wiring outlets and light fixtures or in businesses or factories, overseeing electrical equipment and outdoor works, repairing electrical boxes, etc.”  He advised them for an integrated learning, both in knowledge and wisdom. He encouraged them to take risk and not be afraid of failures as failures are part of life. He urged everyone to take pledge to keep the campus green and clean. 

Mr. Chintamani Nath briefed about the Don Bosco training program, inspiring them to uphold its values and be the responsible custodians of this institution saying “It’s a good platform to improve yourselves and learn to stand in the competitive world by yourself.” 

The inauguration ceremony ended by a cultural dance and vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Umesh Kumar Mahapatra on behalf of the center. He thanked all the invited guests and newly incepted aspirants.
