On November 26, 2019, Don Bosco Tech in Trombay, Maharashtra, hosted an inspiring guest lecture for the Assistant Beauty Therapist Batch. The event featured two successful alumni, Miss Afreen Shaikh and Miss Madina Shaikh, who graduated just a year ago and have since made significant strides in the beauty industry. Both are now thriving, running their own business catering to parties and functions, where they provide exceptional beauty services tailored to their clients' needs.

They emphasized the importance of job readiness and financial independence, using their own experiences to motivate current students. They discussed how they transitioned from being dependent to becoming self-sufficient professionals earning a steady income through their craft.
The alumni also imparted valuable beauty tips and strategies for attracting and impressing customers. They provided insights on supplementing income beyond regular salaries, such as earning tips and managing side gigs. Their advice on professional presentation and customer engagement was particularly enlightening, offering students practical knowledge that extended beyond their formal training.
The session was both educational and memorable, filled with new-found knowledge and actionable insights that resonated deeply with the students. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Leveson Meshach, the State Coordinator for Maharashtra, along with the entire Trombay staff, all of whom contributed to making the program a resounding success.
