On the 27th of July 2020, amidst the digital landscape of Zoom, an enlightening virtual parent-teacher rendezvous unfolded, orchestrated by Priyadarshini, our esteemed Communicative English and ITE trainer. Gathered in the digital realm were not just students, but also their guardians, eager to delve into the intricacies of our training program.

Steering the conversation, I elucidated the essence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and delineated the roadmap of topics slated for exploration during our training journey. We delved into the pivotal role of effective communication in the professional arena, underscored the significance of skill enhancement in the midst of the pandemic, and engaged in a nuanced discussion on the merits and demerits of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

Amidst this discourse, I navigated through the queries and concerns of the parents, ensuring clarity and fostering a sense of reassurance regarding their children's educational voyage. Their palpable satisfaction in witnessing their offspring imbibe valuable knowledge in these trying times, sans any financial burden, resonated warmly with the virtual space.

As the dialogue progressed, anecdotes and testimonials from erstwhile trainees illuminated the path ahead, showcasing the tangible fruits of dedication and learning. These narratives served not only as beacons of inspiration but also as testament to the transformative power of education.

Culminating the session on a visual note, we unveiled a captivating video tour of our esteemed institution, Don Bosco Tech Society Trombay. Through this immersive experience, we aimed to provide a glimpse into the state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge equipment that await our students, igniting within them a fervor for knowledge and growth.

In retrospect, this virtual rendezvous transcended the boundaries of distance, forging connections, and fostering a collective commitment towards nurturing future talents. It was a privilege to engage with such an enthusiastic cohort of parents and students, united by a shared vision of educational excellence in the digital age.
