Parent Meeting Successfully Conducted

A Parent Counselling and Interaction Meeting was successfully conducted at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna, with the objective of strengthening communication between parents, students, and the training team while discussing the overall progress and future opportunities of the trainees.

The meeting was facilitated by Sister Elsa, Mr. Chetan Maurya, Mr. Ritesh Bhargava, and Mr. Mayank Bhargava, who interacted with parents individually and provided valuable guidance regarding their children's training, attendance, discipline, skill development, and career prospects.

During the counselling sessions, parents were informed about the objectives of the training programs, students' performance, placement opportunities, and the importance of regular attendance and active participation. The counselling team also addressed the queries and concerns of parents and motivated them to continuously support their children in achieving their career goals.

The meeting created a positive and encouraging environment where parents appreciated the efforts of CHETANA Home Based Care Centre and Don Bosco Tech in providing quality skill training and career guidance to the youth.

The interaction proved to be highly beneficial, helping parents gain a better understanding of the training process and future employment opportunities available to the students. The overall response from parents was very positive, and the centre received encouraging feedback regarding its training activities and student support initiatives.

The Parent Counselling Meeting concluded successfully and strengthened the partnership between the training centre and parents in supporting the growth and development of the students.
