ITC calls for Review Meeting with its partners

A review meeting by ITC was conducted for all the partners of ITC on October 25, 2019 at Don Bosco Tech- Haridwar. The ITC partners, present in the meeting were Don Bosco Tech Society, Lok Mitra, Pratham, Ayus, PSI and ITC (under the project, Mission Sunharha Khal). The sole objective of this meeting was to introspect centers’ performance and chalk out a plan.
The meeting started at 10:30 am with a welcome speech by Mr. Rakesh Arora (Center Manager). He gave the presentation on Don Bosco Tech in which he mentioned the centers’ achievements and challenges. Mr. Arora also mentioned in the presentation that Don Bosco Tech is the leading center in entire Haridwar. This center is working in skill development sector and trainees are placed in reputed companies and hotels.
Mr. Lakwinder Singh (managing head of Ayus) started his presentation about their organization which is working under the banner MISSION SUNEHRA KHAL. Their prime goal is to empower them economically and ensuring equality in the fabrics of the society especially those who are exploited, weak and deprived. In Haridwar, this NGO is working in collaboration with ITC to build toilets, committed to the mission of the Prime Minister of India Swatch Bharat, for poor families under the MSK.
Thereafter, Mr. Balakram (Project Manager, Pratham) gave presentation about his NGO. Pratham is an innovative learning organization aiming to improve the quality of education in India. Pratham has grown in both scope and scale with programs today reaching vast number of children and youth across the country almost covering 23 States and Union territories.
At last, Mr. Subhendu Das (Project Head, ITC) addressed the meeting. He assured that ITC is always ready to be with all the partners in present and future challenges. He encouraged the stakeholders for smooth sail and achieve the given target as early as possible.
