On March 7, 2020, DB Tech Society in Sivakasi hosted a captivating guest lecture focused on women's empowerment, targeting Sales Associate and Domestic Data Entry Operator trainees. The event welcomed Miss Rashmi, a counselor from Raga Clinic, as the esteemed speaker.
Rather than simply lecturing, Miss Rashmi engaged the audience with a thought-provoking drama, vividly illustrating why women's empowerment is imperative. She highlighted the alarming rates of underemployment and unemployment among women, despite their equal competence and intelligence.
