Miss Phul Kumari, 24 year old, comes from a BPL family who belongs to the backward village of Haripur, Tinconma District of Madhpura Bihar. She had to discontinue her education due to financial problem after passing her matriculation examination in 3rd division. Her father, Mr. Babuji Murmu divorced her mother 6 years ago. Due to this and no other source of income, her mother wasn’t able to manage the basic needs of the family. Phul Kumari wanted to support her family and was searching for some help for livelihood but it was impossible as no one came forward to her. Once she came to know about DB Tech Muzaffarpur through her friends she visited DB Tech- Muzaffarpur and enrolled herself in MOMA program Batch-4th.

In the beginning of the base training she was shy but was serious and committed towards her assignment all the times. She gave her respects to everyone. All of her batch mates were fond of her. Apart from this, she is mature person with some unique qualities. Every trainer and Father Jeshuraj (Director, DB Tech- Ashadeep) appreciated her sincerity, discipline, punctuality and hard work.

After the base Training Program, she got through an interview in Domino’s Pizza as a Customer Delight Associate. At Present her salary is Rs 6200 per month with 800PF. She is very punctual and active at her work place. She hopes that one day she will become the Store Manager and be able to give support and financial help to those who may need it like she once did.

She said that DB Tech is an incredible institution which cannot be expressed in a simple word. Within such a short span of time such a radical changes had taken place in her life. She will never forget the blessings and supports of the entire Trainer’s and her friends.”

She also adds that she was able to overcome her financial problems with the support from DB Tech and realizes the path of success. This type of revolutionary support is required for needy youth in India and hope that she will be the one to raise voice whenever and wherever it may required. She suggests that everybody specially the youth should come forward to contribute towards the development of the country and not to lose hope. She was very grateful that DB Tech has offered her an opportunity for life.
