Genesis

Asha Deep is a non-Governmental, non-profit making, non-political organization of Patna Jesuit Society which is registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 and having its office at St. Xavier’s, Patna, Bihar. Asha Deep was started with a view to accompany the rural unorganized youth in skill development for employment as well as ensure their placement. The youth training program at Asha Deep started in full swing from December 12, 2010, with funding from the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD), Government of India, through Don Bosco Tech Society (DB Tech), New Delhi.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

F & B trainees of Muzaffarpur visit to Hotel Royal Phular

The exposure visit organized for the trainees of F & B Service Stewards of Don Bosco Tech Society (Muzaffarpur) to Hotel Royal Phular, one of the best hotels in the town on March 2, 2020. In all 21 trainees of the aforementioned domain made the trip. On a visit, the trainees toured to various departments; Front Office, Restaurant, Coffee shop, Banquet, Kitchen, Store, and Accounts.
