World Environment Day 2021
05 Jun 2021
On the occasion of World Environment Day, June 5th, 2024, Don Bosco Tech Society Khaspur initiated a powerful movement towards environmental conservation by engaging children in a tree plantation drive. Recognizing the critical importance of oxygen in the ongoing pandemic, the society took proactive steps to instill environmental consciousness among the youth.
Under the guidance of Fr. Jesuraj, the program manager of Don Bosco Tech Bihar, children enthusiastically participated in planting saplings, understanding that trees are our primary source of oxygen. This hands-on experience not only connected them with nature but also empowered them with the knowledge of their role in preserving it.
Through this initiative, the trainees realized the profound impact of tree plantation on sustaining life. They embraced the idea that their small actions can contribute significantly to transforming our world into a greener, healthier place. The event served as a powerful reminder that to ensure our survival, we must prioritize the conservation of our environment.
Let's heed this call to action, plant trees, nurture greenery, and safeguard life itself. Join us in the mission to create a sustainable future for generations to come.
