The certificate distribution of Mushroom Grower_B1& B2 under the project of Accenture 11, Khaspur Centre, was conducted on the 28th June 2022. This Programme has been arranged and monitored by Fr. Jesuraj SJ(Director of Khaspur center) & Ashish Kr. Sinha (Centre In-Charge of Khaspur center).

The program starts with a welcoming speech by Fr. jesuraj. He welcomed Mr. Sinha, All trainers, and all trainees, followed with the briefing on the content that would take place on the day, after this it was handed over to Mr. Vikas Kumar to run the program. He opens up his speech by introducing himself and also about his work. He continued the session by explaining how to cultivate Oyster mushrooms at a very low investment and average money return with a hundred percent of work dedicated to it. He also explained, in brief, the process of mushroom cultivation, the package of (storing of paddy straw, cutting of straw, preparation of the substrate, steaming/ boiling of straw, bagging, spawning, and planting of mushroom). He then followed with the demonstration session which startup with the use of the electrical straw cutter, the steaming process, the preparation of the substrate, and followed with the cultivation of mushrooms. Lastly, he allowed the trainees to participate in a self-learning session (practical) in which guidance has been done by him.

In this program, many cultural programs are held. After this Certificate will be distributed by Fr. Jesuraj to all the trainees. All trainees were very happy and very thankful to Dbtech for giving this better opportunity.

In conclusion, the program, I would say that all trainees have learned a lot. The trainees expressed their gratitude to Don Bosco Tech for having and arranging this program which has been very helpful for them.
