An exposure visit took place for 32 students of Batch-II, Food & Beverage Service- Steward job role in Hotel Holiday International at bus stand road, Purnea, Bihar on November 11, 2019. Mr. Md. Muneer Idris (Trainer, Hospitality) accompanied the students for the visit.

The objective of the Exposure Visit:-

1. To have practical knowledge of the hotel department.
2. Learn to interact with one's co-workers.
3. Know about work for Food and Beverage department.
4. Food & Beverage order taking & service procedure.
5. Restaurant outlet.
6. Banquet outlet.
7. Know about work for the Housekeeping department.
8. Know about work for Front office department.
9. Grooming & hygiene for waiting for staff.
10. Know about lawn function.
