Don Bosco Tech Society has established the DDUGKY Training center in Purnea in November 2018. The training center started with two main domains Food & Beverage Service Steward, and Electrical Domestic Solution and two supportive domains.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

Study tour to Hotel Golden Tulip

Don Bosco Tech Society (Purnea) had been to Hotel Golden Tulip on January 24, 2020. It was a sort of brainstorming for the trainees of F&B Service Steward. To and fro journey was seen to by the domain trainer.  At first, the coordinating staff took the trainees to reception and highlighted the work shouldered by a front desk officer; check-in, check out, maintaining the GRC register, payment procedure, room tariff, and room categories, etc. Having understood well the roles of the front desk, the trainees were accompanied to the Food and Beverage department, where the staff members

Exposure visit for F&B Steward trainees to Hotel Golden Tulip

Don Bosco Tech (Purnea) organized an exposure visit to Hotel Golden Tulip for F&B Steward Domain trainees on August 23, 2019. All the trainees were accompanied by the trainer to the Hotel Golden Tulip. At the hotel, they were welcomed by Mrs. Jeevika (Job Manager, Hotel Golden Tulip).
