A guest lecture arranged for the electrician students by the Don Bosco Tech - Krishnagar on November 23, 2019. Mr. Amal Krishna Saha (Retried Superintendent of Line & Supply of West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited) was invited as the guest lecturer.

He started the lecture by introducing himself and then he asked the students to introduce themselves one by one. He asked the students the purpose of choosing this particular electrical domain and then he gave the whole view about the electrical to be a good electrician. He also suggested to them to not to worry about the salary in the beginning but gain experience as much as possible.  

He discussed and suggested the safety & precaution measures to be taken in the Electrical works. He also discussed the total distribution system of electric power starting from generating station to domestic connections also.

The students were attentive during the lecture. They got excited to gain more knowledge about the power supply system. The students had different queries on the topic. Mr. Amal Krishna Saha comfortably clarified their doubts and even showed them practically.

Finally, the staff of Don Bosco Tech thanked him for his valuable time.
