Guest Lecture and Placement Guidance Session Successfully Conducted at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna

A special Guest Lecture and Placement Guidance Session was successfully organized at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna for the students of IT Customer Care Executive and Digital Mitra courses under DON BOSCO TECH SOCIETY.

The session was graced by Mr. Ashish Kumar Soni, Owner of AnyWorks.in, MBA Graduate, and a corporate professional with over 20 years of industry experience. He is also a Radio Jockey (RJ), Professional Anchor, Communication & Public Speaking Trainer, Motivational Speaker, and Voice Artist.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome to the Chief Guest by the management and staff members of CHETANA Home Based Care Centre and DON BOSCO TECH SOCIETY. The welcome was led by Sr. Regi (Director, CHETANA Home Based Care Centre), Sr. Elsa, Sr. Kiran, Mr. Avinash Bhargava, Mr. Saurabh Ojha, Mr. Ritesh Bhargava, Mr. Mayank Bhargava, and Mr. Chetan Maurya. The students also extended a heartfelt welcome, creating a warm and inspiring atmosphere for the session.

During the lecture, Mr. Ashish Kumar Soni shared his corporate experience and provided valuable guidance on communication skills, personality development, interview preparation, workplace ethics, leadership, confidence building, and career growth. Through practical examples and interactive discussions, he motivated students to develop industry-ready skills and prepare themselves for professional success.

One of the key highlights of the programme was the discussion on placement opportunities. Students were informed about current job openings, recruitment procedures, interview expectations, and the skills required by employers. They also received guidance on resume building, interview performance, and professional behaviour in the workplace. Students actively interacted with the guest, asked career-related questions, and gained practical knowledge from his rich industry experience.

The session proved to be highly informative, motivating, and career-oriented. It enhanced the confidence of the students and provided them with a clear understanding of industry expectations. The placement guidance and interaction with the guest encouraged students to focus on continuous skill development and become job-ready professionals.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to Mr. Ashish Kumar Soni for sharing his valuable knowledge and inspiring the students.
