Mental Health Matters Webinar Successfully Conducted at CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna

In observance of World Youth Skills Day, DON BOSCO TECH SOCIETY organized an online webinar on the theme "Mental Health Matters". The session was conducted by Br. Jose, Assistant Director, DON BOSCO TECH, through the Microsoft Teams platform.

At CHETANA Home Based Care Centre, Guna, all students of the IT Customer Care Executive and Digital Mitra batches actively participated in the webinar. The session was also attended by the staff members, ensuring smooth coordination and active involvement throughout the programme.

During the webinar, Br. Jose shared valuable insights on the importance of mental health, emotional well-being, stress management, self-confidence, and maintaining a positive mindset in both personal and professional life. He encouraged students to take care of their mental health while continuously developing their skills for a successful career.

The webinar was highly interactive and informative. Students listened attentively and gained a better understanding of how mental well-being plays a vital role in career growth, workplace performance, and overall quality of life.

After the webinar concluded, an interactive discussion was conducted at the centre where students shared their key learnings and raised their questions. The training team addressed their doubts and provided additional guidance regarding career planning, personal development, and the practical application of the concepts discussed during the session. This helped students gain greater clarity and confidence about their future goals.

The programme concluded successfully, leaving the students motivated to focus not only on technical skills but also on maintaining good mental health as an essential part of their personal and professional journey.
