With a mission to train and place unemployed youth the team of Gayaganga center ventured into the villages bringing awareness about the Don Bosco Tech Society and its free skill training program.

The staff of this center went about strategically followed door to door campaign. They did not hesitate to visit even the remote villages, government schools circulating leaflets, and pasting it in the market places. The bus stops; both private and government, talking to the sarpanch and priests of the local church were some of the strategies they had curved out. It was said that they held meetings with the villagers while they talked to some of the youth who came.

Areas they said to have covered during mobilization were; Thindharea TE, Panitanki, khoribari, Hatighisa, Naxalbari, Phasidewa, Lausipokar, Chathat, Bengdubi, Ghoshpukur, Islampur, Simulbari, Salbari, Dudhia, Khapril, Mirzapur, Kalaganj, Sonapur, Bidhan Nagar, etc.

The effort to mobilize candidates were successful as the majority of the students who came for the training were from these places.
