On December 1, 2019, as the sun painted the sky with hues of dawn, DB Tech Gayaganga and NIRME came together in a collaborative effort to mark World AIDS Day in a truly impactful manner.
The day kicked off with a sense of purpose as participants gathered at Navjeevan campus, brimming with anticipation for the enlightening event ahead. At the heart of the program was a poignant skit, meticulously prepared and passionately performed by the talented students of NIRME. Through the art of storytelling, they wove a narrative of awareness, shedding light on the importance of understanding and combating HIV/AIDS.
Adding rhythm to the cause, the students of DB Tech took center stage with a vibrant dance and an action-packed song, infusing energy and enthusiasm into the gathering. Their performance served as a captivating reminder of the power of expression in spreading crucial messages.
But the event didn't stop there. In a parallel effort to promote holistic well-being, an eye camp was organized at Navjeevan Hospital on the very same day. This initiative underscored the commitment of the organizers to address not only the immediate concerns but also the broader health needs of the community.
As the clock ticked past noon, the program drew to a close, leaving behind a lingering sense of empowerment and enlightenment. Through this small yet significant awareness endeavor, the organizers aimed to ignite conversations, dispel myths, and foster a culture of understanding and compassion surrounding HIV/AIDS.
