Of the many reasons one of them is that the trainees get to know the resource person and vice versa through a ‘guest lecture’. It is beneficial both ways, as long as the visitors are looking forward to hiring a person. Don Bosco Tech Society, Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh had organized a guest lecture on July 30, 2019, and the resource person was Mr. Pawan Rathod (Designation, Organization). He touched upon from explaining the electricals’ units of measurements to different types of electrical gadgets.

During the session, he briefed the trainees on 220v AC and DC supply. And also how to measure units, amperes, watt, voltage for household power supply including running consumption of the fan, refrigerator, cooler, CFL, bulbs, washing Machine, irons, etc. As the session was on, he also answered the queries related to types of electricals and the latest equipment that is in use. 

The students asked several questions related to electricals and he answered all the queries along with the scope, service, and promotions related to the field of Assistant Electrician. 

The experience which was shared with the trainees was motivating and helpful.

The lecture concluded on high note and trainees along with staff members were thankful for the informative session.
