Don Bosco Tech, Ratlam center organized a round of briefing for the Sewing Machine Operator (SMO) trainees on July 29, 2019, and the guest was Mr. Kishore Rathore (Entrepreneur). During the session, he explained various techniques of cutting; for trousers, shirts, etc. He also explained the need, scope, service, and promotion in this field.

As the session was on, he demonstrated on ‘Safety Measures’ in this field. Knowledge of machine parts was well explained. Not only that he also showed them the ways to adjust the machine as per the type of clothes along with useful tips for sewing and cutting.

Being an entrepreneur, he helped trainees understand the need to ‘be your own boss’ and on how to expand the business and grow in wealth. This way one can help to achieve India’s vision of eradicating unemployment in the society by creating employment opportunities.

All the trainees’ morale got booted from the session as they are preparing to enter the job market soon. Just as ‘all’s well, that ends well’, the trainees were boosted up to face challenges of life to reach the endpoint.
