Guest lecture for the SMO trainees of Don Bosco Tech, Ratlam

The guest lecture for the Sewing Machine Operator (SMO) was held at Don Bosco Tech Society (Ratlam) on February 14, 2020. Ms. Afreen Khan (Trainer and Entrepreneur) was invited to brief the trainees on overall aspects of tailoring.
Ms. Khan with 16 long years of experience in this field started briefing the trainees by asking them their introduction. I am working in Aksa boutique as a trainer, said Ms. Khan, and continued, as well as own a boutique in Ratlam as she greeted the trainees. She explained various types of cutting; pants, shirts, etc during the briefing. After she explained needs, scope, service, and promotion in the field of SMO sector to all students she underlined the safety measures of oneself from the sewing machine. While speaking about the safety measures she also explained the trainees about the machine parts and how to adjust according to cloths. She gave some tips for sewing and cutting too.
Being self-employed she did encourage the trainees to be entrepreneurs so that many can get employment; thus the unemployment in India can be gradually eradicated.
All the trainees benefited a lot and were motivated by her briefing. It was much needed for them as they are looking forward to joining the labor force soon. They thanked Ms. Khan for sparing her valuable time interacting with them.
