The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

Induction cum Placement Orientation

On November 4, 2019, Mr. Sadanand Singh (Placement Coordinator, Madhya Pradesh State) visited Don Bosco Tech (Gwalior) with a view to addressing the newcomer. While addressing during the induction he briefed the aspirants about their training program and placement post-training. In his address to the trainees, he said, “Personality and communication skills are the two key factors of successful interpersonal relationships and for effective work with the organization,” citing some apt examples.
