Don Bosco Tech is located at the premises of Nav Ankur Manav Kalyan Sanstha (Ashta) in the Sehore Disctrict of Madhya Pradesh. Nav Ankur Manav Kalyan Sanstha is the Social Service Centre of the Sisters of St.Joseph of Chambery. The training centre in support with Don Bosco Tech started to reach out to the poor and marginalized youth of the surrounding villages and empower them through employable skills in May 2017. Don Bosco Tech (Astha) reaches out to the people in need with a mission "To establish sustainable livelihood and human dignity of the poor, marginalized, discriminated and deprived through the formation of people's organizations, empowerment, information dissemination, and advocacy", through Women SHG members’ meetings, Women Leadership Workshops, Gram Sabhas, Livelihood (Agriculture, Water shed and Organic farming) and Natural resource management.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

Placement Orientation & Parents Meeting

Placement Orientation cum Parents Meeting was held on December 27, 2019, at Don Bosco Tech (Ashta, Sehore). Mr. Sadanand Singh (Placement Coordinator, Madhya Pradesh), staff members, trainees and parents were present are not only trained. The meeting began by invoking God’s blessings with a prayer song.
