Don Bosco Tech (Palda) is providing skill training program for youth and dropouts. The skill training program started in July 2017 and began the first batch on 4th September 2017. Many less privileged and need youth have been empowered with this intervention. Many of our students are doing very well and placed in different places with very good jobs. Don Bosco Tech centre brought a new life in the lives of the youth and drop outs.

Short term vocational training programs are of three months' duration, in which the students are given technical inputs prepared in consultation with industry experts and professionals. The course includes on-the-job training, assignments and field visits. Valuable life skills are also integrated into the curriculum through an interactive teaching process.

A job carnival was organized and conducted at Don Bosco Tech, Jan Vikas Society, Palda, on April 20, 2022. Just as the event began at 10:00 am, Br. Exposure Visit

DB Tech Janvikas Palda organized an exposure visit to National Skill Training Institute for women on 11 April 11, 2022. The Sewing Machine Operator, Office Assistant, and Electrician Domestic Solutions trainees visited the institute along with their respective domain trainers and the Centre Coordinator. Trainees reached the place at 11:30 and they were welcomed by one of the faculties of the institute.
