1st Parent Teacher Meeting conducted
09 Jan 2026
On 9 January 2026, the DBTech Diphu Centre hosted a Guardian Meeting for students enrolled in the Assistant Beauty Therapist and Guest Service Associate courses, creating a meaningful platform for dialogue, reflection, and shared progress. The event brought together the parents and guardians of 20 students, along with centre staff and trainers, fostering a strong sense of community and partnership in the learning journey.
The meeting became a powerful reflection of transformation. Parents and guardians shared heartfelt feedback, expressing deep satisfaction at the visible changes they have witnessed in their children since joining the programme. They spoke with pride about improvements in confidence, discipline, communication abilities, and professional conduct, highlighting how the training has positively influenced both personal growth and outlook towards the future.
Students played an active and inspiring role throughout the session. Several students confidently addressed the gathering, sharing their experiences at the centre and describing how the courses are equipping them with technical expertise, hands-on practical exposure, and essential soft skills. Their speeches reflected not only learning but also aspiration, clarity of goals, and readiness for employment in the service sector.
The Guardian Meeting emerged as more than a routine interaction—it stood as a testament to the impact of skill-based education when combined with mentorship, discipline, and values. The event strengthened trust between families and the institution, reaffirmed belief in the training methodology of Don Bosco Tech Society, and reinforced a shared commitment to shaping confident, skilled, and employable youth.
The success of the meeting underscored the importance of parental engagement in vocational education and highlighted the DBTech Diphu Centre’s continued dedication to holistic student development and sustainable livelihoods.
