Introduction:
An industrial visit was conducted on 28th May 2026 for the trainees of Guest Service Associate Batch B4 (260092) to Hotel Hempi Birla, Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure and industry experience to the trainees.

Participants:

• Total Number of Trainees: 22
• Total Number of Staff: 5

Visit Details:
The industrial visit was a valuable learning experience for all the trainees. The hotel staff warmly welcomed the group and were very supportive throughout the visit. They guided the trainees through different sections of the property, showed them the guest rooms, and explained the services offered by the hotel in detail. The staff also shared information regarding hotel operations and property management, helping trainees understand the hospitality industry better.

The visit provided the trainees with practical insights into hotel functioning and customer service standards, which enhanced their learning experience.

At the end of the visit, the trainees and staff members gathered together for coffee and informal interaction. Finally, on behalf of all trainees, trainee Mr. Sahil Panika expressed gratitude and thanked the hotel manager and staff for their support and hospitality.

Conclusion:
The industrial visit concluded successfully and proved to be an enriching and informative experience for both trainees and staff members. After the vote of thanks, the group dispersed with valuable learning experiences and positive memories.
