On 23 January, Don Bosco Tech Society’s Diphu Centre hosted a campus recruitment interview for students enrolled in the Assistant Beauty Therapist course, conducted by Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd. (Tattva Spa Wellness). The interaction marked a significant milestone for the students, bridging classroom learning with the evolving expectations of the wellness and beauty therapy industry.

A total of 14 students participated in the interview process, which was designed to provide a holistic assessment of their technical preparedness and professional readiness. The sessions were led by Ms. Regina, Assistant Manager – Training and Development, and Ms. Ameshia, Senior Executive – Training and Development, whose industry expertise brought depth and authenticity to the evaluation process.

Beyond technical knowledge, the interviews explored the students’ practical understanding of beauty therapy treatments, standards of personal grooming and hygiene, communication skills, professional demeanor, and awareness of workplace ethics. Through engaging, structured interactions, the interviewers closely observed each candidate’s confidence, attitude, and ability to align with real-world industry expectations—offering students a rare and valuable glimpse into professional recruitment standards.

For the students, the experience extended far beyond assessment. It served as a powerful learning opportunity, helping them reflect on their strengths while gaining clarity on areas requiring further refinement. Constructive feedback shared during the process enabled students to better understand the demands of the wellness sector and encouraged them to elevate their skills, presentation, and professional outlook.

The interview proceedings were conducted smoothly and in a highly encouraging atmosphere, allowing candidates to express themselves with confidence and professionalism. The final selection outcomes will be communicated by Elementia Wellness Pvt. Ltd. at a later stage.
