On September 1st, 2020, an engaging virtual parents meeting was convened for Batch 1 students of ITC East 2020-21, hosted via the Zoom app. Despite the digital format, the event was attended by 8 dedicated guardians, all eager to actively contribute to the smooth operation and advancement of the training program.

The primary aim of this gathering was to establish a collaborative platform where both trainers and parents could converge to assess students' progress and brainstorm strategies to enhance their learning journey.

Trainers initiated the session by providing an insightful overview of Don Bosco Tech Society's vision, mission, values, and objectives, setting a foundational understanding for the attendees. They further emphasized the importance of parental involvement in appreciating students' active participation across various classes and activities. This approach instilled a sense of responsibility among parents to actively engage with both their children and the institution. In turn, parents reciprocated by sharing their valuable viewpoints and constructive suggestions regarding the training program's growth and development.

This meeting not only facilitated a deeper understanding between parents and trainers but also fostered a harmonious relationship between the Don Bosco team and the wider community. Through the exchange of ideas and mutual respect, participants left with renewed enthusiasm and a strengthened commitment to the collective educational journey.
