"Batch inauguration Cum First Parents Meeting"
On 11th October, 2019 Don Bosco Tech Hospet organized it's first Parents meeting along with batch inauguration. Reverant Father Siju (Principal of Don Bosco Professional Academy Hospet) was the president of the programme along with Father. Yesudas (Administrator of Don Bosco Hospet) and Father. Anand (Director of Don Bosco Hospet) as chief guests who adored the platform as dignitaries. The programme started with a prayer conducted by trainees of the BPO. Mrs. Pooja extended a warm welcome to all the attendees. All the dignitaries inaugrated the programme by lighting the lamp. The chief guests addressed the trainees and gave certain incentive to make clear goals in their mind and to strive hard to achieve that goal in their life.
Fr. Siju, thanked all the staff members and trainees for their commitment and dedication and introduced them to the parents. The centre head interacted with parents about training and placement facilities at Don Bosco center. He also wished them the very best for their role as teachers.
Fr. Yesudas, later spoke about the importance of discipline and time management in life. He gave brilliant example of previous batch trainees, their learning and commitment to work difficult areas.
The purpose of conducting parents meet was that parents get to know the trainees behavior and their interest of learning. Trainers explained about the placement and encouraged them to let their children work at locations with better opportunities. The parents were interested and asked questions regarding placement and training what their children will learn here. Trainers cleared all their doubts and queries. The trainers also conducted some games for the parents and they seemed enthusiastic to interact with the team.
Mr. Dharmendra (Trainer, Electrical) thanked all the guests who cattended the meet. A cultural programme was organized by the trainers for everyone's entertainment followed by sumptuous tea and snacks. All in all it was beneficial session with trainee’s parents and Don Bosco team.
