"Report of First Guest lecture On BPO"

 

 Don Bosco Tech-Hospet has conducted first guest lecture for the trainees of BPO domain On 18th October 2019  Mr. Jaydeep from Orange County at Hospet, invited as resource for the day.  Mr. Manjunath (Trainer, CE &ITES) introduced him to the trainees.

 Mr. Jaydeep gave some basic inputs with regard to housekeeping and office work. His lecture covered various aspects with regard to computer and areas connected with the computer. The necessity of computer in this present scenario was emphasized during his lecture. Computer has become part and parcel of one’s life. The whole world has become a computer lab that was the main core of his lecture.

He spoke of the main advantage of the computer he also spoke about the voice and Non-voice of BPO. At the end of the session the trainees were equipped with more knowledge with regard to the computer and voice BPO. The main message of his lecture was ‘the world is developing with the outburst of computer and we need to go with the signs of the time and the world. Finally trainees were happy with the session and felt that its more useful for their future.
