On October 2nd, 2022, the spirit of Mahatma Gandhi, the beacon of non-violent resistance and freedom, resonated through the halls of Clara Niketan Centre in Bhopal. As the nation celebrated the 153rd birth anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi, the DB Tech Society orchestrated a vibrant commemoration, infusing the day with activities that mirrored Gandhi's principles.

Under the guidance of MIS Officer Mr. Pradeep Yadav, trainees immersed themselves in a spectrum of activities, each designed to evoke Gandhi's ethos. Amidst the rustle of brooms and the splash of water, chairs were washed, and grounds scrubbed, symbolizing the cleansing of society through Gandhi's ideals.

However, the day was not just about physical labor; it was a canvas for creativity and introspection. Trainees delved into the essence of forgiveness through essay compositions, exploring Gandhi's pivotal role in advocating forgiveness as a catalyst for societal healing. In the strokes of pencils, Mahatma Gandhi emerged on paper, immortalized through the art of pencil sketching, reminding everyone of his enduring legacy.

Beyond the mere participation in activities, the event sparked a collective introspection among the attendees. It was a moment to reflect on Gandhi's teachings, to imbibe the virtues of truth, nonviolence, and respect for elders, not merely as ideals but as guiding principles for a meaningful existence.

As the echoes of the day's events faded into the twilight, the significance of Gandhi Jayanti resonated deeply. It wasn't just a commemoration; it was a reaffirmation of the timeless relevance of Mahatma Gandhi's teachings in shaping a more compassionate and just society.
