An Industrial visit to “Turtle mint Pvt. Ltd.”, TOWER, Z, AKASH, 16, Zone-I, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462011 was organized by the OFFICE ASSISTANT DOMAIN CLARA NIKETAN CENTRE on Tuesday, January 28, 2020. Twenty-Five Office Assistant trainees and a Trainer of Office Assistant Mr. Sandeep Yadav visited Turtle Mint Pvt. Ltd. to interact with the Insurance Industry to understand current market scenarios, the latest most demanding technologies & criteria for selection, etc. On this visit, trainees were very eagerly waiting to listen to the industrial authorities.

In the afternoon at 12:00 pm the trainees visited the Turtle Mint Pvt. Ltd. We divided our trainees into groups of 8 trainees for the visit and the interaction with the industry personnel. The Technical Head (Mr. Vikram Soni) & ASM (Mr. Kailash Sahu) of Turtle Mint Pvt. Ltd. Conducted a very informative session for the trainees. They motivated the trainees to select their domain and area of interest. They also guided the trainees to select the areas like Insurance Related Software app- The app not only helps with insurance sales, it also provides a dedicated claim settlement assistance through which we can easily help clients in getting their claim settled and are also able to sell insurance policies without any tedious paperwork. It saves time and also eases the whole transaction process & also guides web development, mobile application development & software testing, etc., and its importance in the current software development market.

The visit came to an end at 3.00 p.m. It was an informative, interesting, and successful visit. As trainees of Office Assistant, they understood live Software applications and the importance of technology selection, etc. We express our thanks to the Technical Head and all team members of Turtle Mint Pvt. Ltd. who spent their valuable time for us. We also thank our respected Center Coordinator Sr. Rufina who motivated us to arrange such an informative program. Visiting different companies help trainees to build a good relationship with those companies. We know building relationships with companies always will help to gain a good job in the future. After visiting an industry trainee can gain a combined knowledge about both theory and practical. Trainees will be more concerned about earning a job after having an industrial visit.

The experience of this tour was fantastic and unforgettable. It was reverberating experience which cherished all of us. Trainees got valuable information from this industrial tour and they were guided on how to stand in the corporate world in the era of competition. We got to learn a lot many more things from this tour.
