Batch Inauguration and Parent’s Meet at Don Bosco Tech Guntur

Don Bosco Tech- Guntur has organized Batch inauguration as well as parent-teacher meet on November 7, 2019. It was really a good come back for the trainees to acquire the skills to put practice to settle in their lives in a very short period. At the time of assembly, all parents were gathered at the center and they all were honored and welcomed by the management of Don Bosco tech Guntur center.
The inauguration and parents and teacher program commenced by Rev. Sr.Denin Mary (Centre head) and Sr.Saritha along with the center staff. All the trainees' parents and guests of the program were welcome by Mr. Ashok (B.P.O. trainer). The Hospitality trainer addressed the purpose of three months skill development training providing by Don Bosco Tech SKilling Indiprogramand also he gave some introduction about conducting parent's meet.
Rev.Sr.Denin Mary interacted with the parents through her valuable words regarding the skill development program. She explained the mission and vision of Don Bosco Tech and why society provides skill training to young people. The purpose of providing training at a particular place called Nallapadu, and how the placements will be given for the trainees at the end of the training. At that time, she requested all the parents to encourage their children to go out of the home town to get a better job and a better life to sustain their life in the family.
Rev.Sr.Saritha gave her valuable speech to the trainees with motivational thoughts, to stick on their thoughts to settle fast by utilizing skills provided by the center. She felt very happy about Don Bosco Tech programs having this kind of mission to help the needy youth across India. She shared her experience with the Guntur center and the trainees who passed out for the job from a particular center. She remembered some of the trainees who are working in Maharastra and Guntur and earning Rs. 25,000/- per month. She congratulated all trainees who have enrolled in Skill training to start a new life to get enough skills to sustain their lives.
Sr.Denin Mary explained the difficulties and ground realities of the job place situations etc. She encouraged the parents to send their children to a training center to get better skills every day. She appreciated the staff for providing the skill training to the dropout students since they are the key persons in the entire program. Finally, one of the previous trainees shared his personal experience during the course in front of their parents. Parents felt very happy about the opportunity of getting admission for their children in the training center.
Mr.Balaraju (Hospitality trainer) concluded the event by a speech about the students to manage the circumstances, how to face the challenges and difficulties in every aspect of the workplace. He suggested the parents to encourage their children to join and continue in jobs whatever the situation occurs in the working field. The grand event winded up well.
