To give practical experience to the trainees, Don Bosco Tech, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh (JMJSSS Nallapadu) organized an exposure field visit for BPO trainees on the date of March 5, 2020, in the place of Apex solutions limited, Virat crane buildings, vengalayapalem Guntur, with the support of concern person Mr. Venkat. Trainees had a grand welcome by the concerned person and he introduced the departments having in Apex Solutions. He had appreciated the trainees utilizing the opportunity to build their lives in the department of BPO.
He explained the various work profiles provided by them to work with the customers in this particular department. The importance of learning basic Data Entry, Fundamentals, and basic computer and its use in future in any other department. Preferably, he explained about the importance of communication in The RM department. He raised about defective communication and the things involved in communication skills. How to listen to the customer and handle the customer with care.
He explained various Banking forms related to data entry operators, how to type data information involved in the data entry level. He suggested trainees improve typing skills and increase typing speed. He also explained the techniques and methods to improve computer-based skills. He also said about the importance of the Job Role in CRM Non-Voice Data Entry. He has explained how to talk with customers and how to maintain the job role and how to behave with the customers they showed any conflict in the work area. He clarified the queries asked by the trainees. He appreciated the management of Don Bosco Tech management for providing this great opportunity to unemployed youth by showing good placements.
At the end of the visit, trainees have good experience with the field, experiential words from professionals. They felt happy to have the methods to increase their skills and felt so glad for having practical experience from the work field. Finally, the exposure visit ended up with a group photo.
